These replacement disposable hypo filters only fit the ResMed S7 Series of CPAP and BiPAP/BiLevel and VPAP III. They are similar in shape to the S8 version filter, but are not interchangeable.
The Hypo Filter adds a hypo-allergenic layer to the standard S7 filter for improved filter performance.
