Eson 2 Nasal CPAP Mask Assembly Kit

The Fisher & Paykel Eson 2 nasal CPAP mask kit with the option to add the headgear to make a complete mask system. It is comfortable and easy-to-use and builds on the outstanding success of the first generation Eson nasal mask. The optional headgear uses two straps that attach to the upper frame and two straps that attach to the lower frame. There is a strap that goes across the top of the head to hold the mask securely in place through a sleep position changes.

A nasal style mask is often recommended for users on CPAP or Auto CPAP and for pressure settings less than 14cm/H2O. People that are on the bi-level or have been prescribed a high CPAP pressure setting should consider a full-face style that allows the user to breathe through the nose and mouth.

This is an enhanced version of arguably the worlds best nasal mask. The Eson 2 seals beautifully without needing to be tight. It has a washable diffuser over the exit valve so it doesn’t blow air all over the person lying next to you.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

The Mask (excluding diffuser and headgear) after every use

• Hand-wash your mask in soap dissolved in lukewarm water. Do not soak for more than 10 minutes.
• Rinse thoroughly with fresh water, ensuring that all soap residue has been removed.
• Leave all parts to dry out of direct sunlight before reassembling.

Wash your Headgear and Diffuser after 7 days of use:

• Hand-wash your Headgear in soap dissolved in lukewarm water. Do not soak your Headgear for more than 10 minutes.
• Gently hand-wash the Diffuser in soap dissolved in lukewarm water; avoid scrubbing the material. Do not soak
• your Diffuser for more than 10 minutes.
• Rinse thoroughly with fresh water, ensuring that all soap residue has been removed.
• Leave all parts to dry out of direct sunlight before reassembling.
