An inline CPAP muffler can be a great addition to your CPAP setup, especially if you find the machine's noise bothersome. While I'm not aware of a specific "QLite" inline CPAP muffler, there are various inline mufflers available on the market designed to reduce the noise generated by CPAP machines.
The water chamber for DreamStation Heated Humidifier can be cleaned in the dishwasher on the top rack at least once a week or hand washed daily with mild detergent. Once clean it should be allowed to dry out completely, out of direct sunlight and/or heat, before reinstalling in your sleep therapy device.
Replacing the water chamber is necessary whenever the chamber appears worn or damaged.
Important Tip: Replace the water chamber every 6 months, or use our SoClean 2 to extend the live of your water chamber.
The water chamber for the DreamStation Heated Humidifier is a crucial component for ensuring effective humidification during CPAP therapy. It's designed to hold distilled water, which is then heated and delivered as humidified air to the user's airway, preventing dryness and discomfort.
If you're looking to purchase a replacement water chamber for your DreamStation Heated Humidifier, you can typically find them through medical equipment suppliers, online retailers specializing in CPAP accessories, or directly from the manufacturer, Philips Respironics. Make sure to check compatibility with your specific DreamStation model to ensure a proper fit. Additionally, it's recommended to regularly clean and replace the water chamber as part of your CPAP maintenance routine to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
